Almani's Kosher Catering & Bakery was founded by Sarah Almani in Hollywood, Florida in 1996. What started as a small kosher bakery has grown into one of South Florida's most-trusted kosher catering kitchens.
The schnitzel is still pounded thin by hand. The bread is still baked daily. And the catering still shows up when it's promised, whether that's a Shabbat dinner for four or a Bar Mitzvah for four hundred. Women-owned, ORB certified, and still family-run.
